Rehabilitation Post Illness or Injury
In partnership with the NHS our Reablement Programme provides rehabilitative care to individuals who have been in hospital and who require short term care and support ( 6-12 weeks) to help them return to a level of fitness and independence which will facilitate their return home.
Support to this service is provided by community Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists
